How to Register

    Sign up on the registration portal using your PRC license number and active email address.

  2. 2

    Choose your category

    Select your delegate category and any pre-convention workshops you wish to attend.

  3. 3

    Settle your payment

    Pay online by card or e-wallet, or through bank deposit. Upload proof of payment for bank transfers.

  4. 4

    Receive your QR pass

    Your confirmation and QR code will be sent by email. Present it at the venue to claim your kit.

Keep your PRC license number and a valid email address handy. Residents should also prepare a certificate of residency.

Frequently asked questions

How many CPD units will I earn?

CPD units are subject to final PRC accreditation. The final number of units will be announced on this site and sent to all registered delegates.

Can I transfer my registration to another delegate?

Transfers are allowed up to 14 days before the convention. Email the secretariat with the names and PRC numbers of both delegates.

What is the refund policy?

Cancellations received in writing 30 days before the convention are refunded less a 20% processing fee. No refunds are given after that date, but registration may be transferred.

Is there a group rate for chapters?

Yes. Chapters registering 20 or more delegates together may request a group rate. Contact the secretariat for details.

Do residents need to submit proof of training?

Yes. Upload a certificate of residency from your training institution signed by your program director when you register.
